Rates shown are for 2 guest. Each extra guest € 25 for night.
For periods longer than two weeks, discount to be agreed with the property.
In July and August, preferably changeover day on Saturday

PRICES INCLUDE : electricity, gas, water, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels set, final cleaning.

Tourist Tax: The tourist tax is in force in the municipality of Dozza: € 1 for person for night, up to a maximum of 5 nights for stay (max. € 5 for person total). Children under 14 years old, minor children from the second onwards and people with disabilities over 74% are exempt.

Baby cot available free for children 0-2 years.
Self catering with equipped kitchen and a complete set tableware.
We require a deposit of 30% at the booking and the balance at arrival in the apartment

Note: The outdoor swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. It is not allowed to use the towels supplied in the apartment, so you can bring your own pool towels or you can rent them.

Check-in : from h. 4.00 p.m. to 08.00 p.m. and we kindly ask to communicate the estimated arrival time in advance.
Check-out : before h.10.00 a.m. and we kindly ask to communicate the previous day the estimated time of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
- until 61 day before the arrival : 15% penalty of the total amount
- from 60 to 31 days before the arrival : 30% penalty on the total amount
- from 30 to 8 days before the arrival: 50% penalty on the total amount
- the full amount will be charged for: cancellations 7 days before the arrival, no-show or shut-down of the stay.

The access of animals is not allowed.
